OEM for Reckitt “Dettol“
Jai Bhawani Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, India – A Dedicated Manufacturing Partner for Reckitt
Jai Bhawani Worldwide Ltd. was established in 2006 and, following capacity expansion in 2014, the facility has been exclusively dedicated to manufacturing “Dettol” soap for Reckitt.
The unit currently operates 7 fully automated production lines with an annual manufacturing capacity of 50,000 tons and employs over 600 personnel. The facility is designed for high-volume output and adheres to stringent quality, safety, and compliance standards as defined by Reckitt’s global protocols.
Our continued association with Reckitt reflects a consistent focus on process reliability and manufacturing excellence.

Product we manufacture
Co-packer for Mondelez “Cadbury”
Indian Industries, a prominent co-packer of chocolate and food products for Mondelez “Cadbury,” operates through two manufacturing sites located in Ghaziabad and Bangalore, both holding valid FSSAI licenses.
Effective 1st July 2025, the entire co-packaging business at the Ghaziabad site is now under the name of Jai Bhawani Worldwide Limited. The Bangalore operations will also come under Jai Bhawani Worldwide Limited effective 1st October 2025.
Previously, on 30th June 2024, Jai Bhawani completed the acquisition of 92% shareholding in Indian Industries. This acquisition is a strategic step towards expanding Jai Bhawani’s footprint in the food segment, both through further acquisitions and by establishing new production facilities in India and internationally.
Effective 1st July 2025, the entire co-packaging business at the Ghaziabad site is now under the name of Jai Bhawani Worldwide Limited. The Bangalore operations will also come under Jai Bhawani Worldwide Limited effective 1st October 2025.
